At Microcad, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all hardware and peripherals. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Microcad account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific item to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit, and include a printed copy of your RMA confirmation inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
